From JR kyotoStation to HirakataKouen station
From JR Kyoto station to Hirakata-Koen(Park) KH20 station;
Most easy way is as follows; (cost 590yen and about 50min)
In JR Kyoto station change train to JR local train to Nara area (platform 9 or 10), then at next station Toufukuji, change to Toufukuji of Keihan Railway(KH36).

On the drawing, right side is "Nara and Hirakata" and leftside is "Kyoto". and blue platform is JR's platform. Train from Kyoto arrives at the platform marked ②.
Go up and through JR gate and then go to most far portion and down to Keihan side and buy ticket to Keihan platform.
At Tofukuji of Keihan railway only local train stops, therefore change train at Tambabashi(KH36) to Limited express, Express, Sub express to Hirakata shi (city) station (KH21). Limitted express and midnight express do not stop at Hirakata-Koen (KH20), so change to Express or Sub express or local to Hirakata-Koen.
Rather need to walk but easy. (cost 350yen and 50min including 15min walk)
From JR Kyoto staion to Keihan Shichijyo(KH37) station is 10~15 min walk.
Go out to north from JR Kyoto station, walk to north till Next shichijyo Street, then turn to right (east), then go straight till over river bridge through right side walk way. At just after over a "big road along the river" after over the bridge there is a downway of Keihan-railway to through Hirakata to Osaka. At this station any train stops. But do not get on Rapit Limitted express which go straight to Osaka.
Along the walking route, you can buy special ticket for foreigners such as Keihan-Railway 1day ticket at Kyoto tower and Kyoto bus 1day ticket at Bus center of North exit of JR kyoto station..

日本式風呂の使い方について （How to use Japanese-style bath）
Before taking shower or bath, check that shower's contrall box is on.The box is put towards the depths of the kitchen. When hot water is used at kitchen, Hot water flow to shower becomes weak, so ask to stop it.
And before taking bath, prepare a face towel, a bathtowel and a bathmat which are placed in guest room, or placed on rack in bathroom which are all washed and dryed by host.
When use a Japanese style bathtub, body of each one shall be washed well, because next person also use the same hot water in the bathtub. Body shall be washed using facing towel after use it to wash face. Never wash your body in the bathtub and not to use towel in the bathtub.
Japanese usually warm their body to relax all the body in bathtub. It is very good for health to warm body in bathtub.
After taking bath, put" the towels and also bath-towel" into a washing machine and put bath mat beside the washing machine.
Underwear and towels are separetely washed from bathmat.
Usually host will fulfill hot water in bathtub just before guests use the bath. When gust use the bathtub after hot water slightly cools down, guest can again meke it hot by operating controll box on the wall in the bath-room which contrall the re-heating gas heater outside.
When reheat, water lever shall be over the holes of the bath-tub.
On the contrall box there are, from rightside, swith behind a cover to cntrol reheating time( minutes) , then to left, on-off switch, ignition starting switch and extingush switch. Above those swithes there is a window showing heating condition and remaining time of heating.
Reheating time will be changed by using small switch behind the cover.
At first, push on-off swith, then reheating-time will be shown on the window.
Then continue to push the ignition switch till mark of flame is shown on the window.
Sometimes letter of "11" is shown in the window instead of mark of flame. "11" is mark of error.
When "11" is shown, push on off switch twice and then again continue to push ignition switch till mark of fame is shown.
Flame mark show that re-heating is started. then after re-heated enough push the extingush switch.
So you can get comfortable hot water in the bathtub.
Please enjoy Japanese style of taking bath.

①電気の元スイッチ
トイレのドアーの上にあり、元スイッチは、並んでいるナイフスイッチの、
左端の大きなスイッチです。ボックスのカバーを開き、スイッチを上に
あげると、ON になります。
②水ラインの元栓
駐車場の外に向かって左先端にあります。ハンドルを反時計方向に回すと
通水となります。家の中で水を使っていない時に、針が振れるとどこかで
水漏れが起こっています。
③ガスの元栓
ガスの元栓は、駐車場より内側の、家の傍に立っています。
ハンドルを時計方向に回すと閉となります。なお、再開するには、ハンドルの根元にある小さな突起を押しながら反時計方向に回します。
ガスメーターのランプが点滅しているときは、地震か何らかの理由で自動
的にガス供給が止まっています。その場合は、家の中の全てのガス栓を閉
として、ガスメーターの小さなスイッチカバーを外して、それを数秒間押すと、1分程度で点滅は停止します。
④風呂タブの追い炊き用ガス給湯器 （屋外）
家の裏側、駐車場側に設置されています。ガス供給はガス栓を反時計方向に回します。
本装置の給電用電池は、装置の建屋側の電池ボックスに収納されています。
⑤給湯器 （屋外）
家の右側に設置されています。
装置には、給水栓とガス供給栓が付いています。全ての栓は、時計方向に
回すと閉まります。
寒期に、長期停止する場合は、装置内の水を排出しておく必要があります。
２）家の鍵
①玄関の鍵は、上下2種類あります。
②部屋の鍵もあります。
③自転車用チエーンの鍵が二種類あります。
３）屋内の給湯器の操作
①台所の奥の壁に、給湯器の操作ボックスが取り付けられています。
②ボックスのスイッチを押すとオンになり、給湯温度が表示されます。
③風呂とキッチンに給湯され、洗濯機、洗面台、トイレには給湯できません。
４）風呂桶内の温水の追い炊き装置と、風呂の使用方法
①追い炊き操作ボックスが、風呂の奥にあります。
点火は、風呂桶内の水位が、二つの横の穴以上としてください。
②給水する時には、オーバーフローを防止のために水位警報機をセットして
ください。
③オンオフ及び加熱時間を、操作ボックスでコントロールできます。
④制御ボックスの、右端のカバー内に加熱時間設定スイッチが入っています。
その左側は、ON-OFFスイッチです。スイッチをONにして、中央の
点火スイッチを長く押すと、炎のマークが表示されて点火となります。
点火失敗の時は、“１１”と表示されるので、ON-OFFスイッチをOFFに
して、再度点火操作を行います。
最も左側のスイッチは、消火スイッチです。
⑤風呂は、日本式風呂ですので、体や髪を洗うのはバスタブの外で行ってく
ださい。また風呂に入る前に体を洗ってください。そうすれば、風呂タブ
にお湯を満たすと、それを二人で順番に使 えます。
⑥風呂を終えた後は、換気窓を開けて下さい。
⑦風呂タブを使用した後は、毎日風呂タブ内部を洗ってください。
⑧風呂内の黒い容器は髪シャンプーで、白い容器はボディ用シャンプーです。
⑨部屋にハンドタオル、バスタオル、足ふきを用意しているので、これを
使ってください。
風呂の棚に置いているハンドタオル、バスタオルは自由に使ってください。
タオルは使用後は洗濯して、乾燥後に棚に戻してください。
洗濯物はベランダで乾燥して、足ふきは、1階外ベランダ下の干し紐に吊って
乾かしてください。
５）雨戸の開け方
雨戸の下部に、雨戸のストッパーが付いている。ロックされている時には、
白い突起を押すと、茶色い突起が上がり、雨戸のロックが解除される。茶
色い突起が上がらない時は、白い突起を押しながら茶色い突起を手で引張り
上げてください。
雨戸を閉める時は、雨戸を締め切った状態で、茶色い突起を押し込んでください。

６）２階の窓クーラーの運用
窓クーラーを稼働する時には、クーラー後方の雨戸、網戸とガラス窓を開けた状態で運転してください。
７）洗濯機の操作
①洗濯機水位は、洗濯物の重量に合わせて決めてください。洗剤量も洗濯機
の重量に合わせて入れてください。
②洗濯機用給水栓の温水は出ないので、温水を使いたいときは、ふろ水給水
機をセットしてください。

８）トイレの使い方
①水洗装置のスイッチの内、真ん中のスイッチが、強弱スイッチです。

９）ベランダでの洗濯物の乾燥
①洗濯物を干すために、竿および紐を用意しています。竿は繋ぎ式です。
竿の繋ぎ操作はベランダで行って下さい。部屋内で行うと、電球にあたっ
て、電球を損傷する恐れがあります。
10)布団の乾燥と、フトンカバーの洗濯、乾燥
①布団は定期的にベランダの欄干に置いて乾燥してください。欄干に付いた
汚れは乾燥した布でふき取り、布団が落下しないように紐でくくってくだ
さい。
②フトンカバーは2組ありますので、定期的に取り換えてください。外し
たカバーは洗濯して、ベランダで干してください。なお、布団に装着する時には、
チャックが噛みこまないように注意してください。
11)ごみの処理
①ごみは、一般可燃物（生ごみ共）、食品包装/容器用プラスチック、空き缶/びん等資源ごみ、紙類、に分けて収集ですが、
②生ごみは全て庭の穴に埋めて下さい。
③ごみ置き場に置くごみは、透明の袋に入れてごみ置場に置いてください。
④生ごみを除く可燃ごみは、透明袋に入れて、祭日以外の火曜・金曜の早朝にごみ置き場に置いてください。
⑤食品包装/容器用プラスチックは、祭日意義の木曜の早朝にごみ置き場に置いてください。
⑥空き缶とびん、紙類は、家内の決められた段ボールに入れてください。ホストが処理します。必要なら屋外倉庫に入れて保管して下さい。

How to manage the guest house
1) Main Valves and main switch of Water, electricity and gas and other outdoor equipments.
① Electricity switch
A Box is above the toilet door, and many knife switches are in the box. the Main switch is the most leftside knife switch and upside is On.
② Water line main valve
It is located On the left side near the exit of the parking lot. When you turn the handle un-clockwise, water will be running.
If the needle shakes when you're not using water in the house, There should be a water leak.
③ Gas main valve
The main gas valve is located near the house, at the back of parking lot.
Turn the handle clockwise to close it.
To open it again, turn it un-clockwise while pressing the small protrusion at the base of the handle.
If the gas meter lamp is flashing and gas supply has been cut off. It is automatically caused by earthquake or some other reasons. At that case, close all gas valves in house and then remove the small switch-cover on the gas-meter and press it for a few seconds
and then gas will be supplied after about 1 minute.
④ Gas water - heater for reheating the water in bathtub.
It is located at the back of the house, near the parking lot. To supply gas, turn the gas valve un-clockwise.
The power supply for this device is stored in the battery box on the side of the house.
⑤ Water heater (outdoor)
It is installed on the right side of the house.
The device is equipped with water taps and gas taps. All taps should be turned un-clockwise to open.
If the equipment is to be stopped for a long time during the cold season, it is necessary to drain all water inside of the equipment to prevent damage caused by freeze.
2) House key
① There are two entrance keys for upper and lower of handle plate.
② There is also a room key.
③ There are two types of bicycle lock chains. Those are used also for two stock boxes which located at backside of house..
3) Operation of cntrol box of water heater
①The water heater control box is attached to the back wall of the kitchen.
②Press the switch on the box to turn it on and then it display the hot water temperature.
③Hotwater is supplied to the bath and kitchen, and cannot be supplied to the washing machine, sink, or toilet.
4) control box of hot water reheating device in the bath room
and how to use Japanese style bath, also about washing machine.
①Before igniting, make sure the water level in the bath tub is at least over the two side holes.
②When supplying water, set a water level alarm to prevent overflow.
③On/off and heating time can be controlled by the controll box.
④The heating time setting switch is located inside the cover on the right end of the control box.
On the left side is the ON-OFF switch. Press the switch, Then
the heater is on mode.
Next left side switch is ignition switch. You push more than 10 seconds, then flame mark appears and heating is startted.
If the ignition fails, mark "11" will be displayed, so push the ON-OFF switch to OFF. Then, and then try igniting again.
The switch on the far left is the fire extinguishing switch.
⑤The bath is a Japanese-style bath, so wash your body and hair
at outside the bathtub.
Please. Also, please wash your body before taking a bath.
Once you fullfill it with hot water, two people can take turns using it without change water in bathtub..
⑥After taking a bath, open the ventilation window.
⑦Wash the inside of the bath tub every day after using it.
⑧The black container in the bath is hair shampoo, and the white
container is body shampoo.
⑨Hand towels, bath towels, and foot towels are provided in the guestroom, so please use those.
⑩Also please feel free to use the hand towels and bath towels on the bathroom shelf.
⑪Wash towels after used and return them to the shelf after drying.
⑫Please dry your laundry on the balcony using rod and rope.
⑬Dry foot towels on the drying rope under the balcony on the ground floor.
5) How to open the outside-shutters
There is a shutter stopper at the bottom of the shutter. When locked,
When you press the white protrusion, the brown protrusion will rise up and the shutter will be unlocked.
If the brown protrusion does not rise up, pull the brown protrusion by your hand while pushing the white protrusion.
When closing the shutters, please push down the brown protrusion.
6) Operation of second floor window cooler
When operating the window cooler, please operate with the rain door, screen door and glass window behind the cooler open.
7) Washing machine operation
① Water-level selection
Decide the washing machine water level and detergent amount according to the weight of the laundry.
② Hot water faucet to washing machine is damaged, so if you want to use hot water, use the bath water supply pomp.
8) How to use the toilet
①Among the switches on the flushing device, the middle switch is for strength of water flow.
Since hot water does not come out, you can use only the middle switch.
9) Drying laundry on the balcony
① We have poles and strings available to hang your laundry to dry. The rod is a connecting type.

10) Drying the futon and washing and drying the futon cover
① Please regularly place the futon on the balcony railing to dry. Wipe off any dirt with a dry cloth, and tie the futon with string to prevent it from falling.
② There are two sets of futon covers, so please replace them
regularly. And wash futon and dry those at balcony.
③ Please be careful not to get the zipper of futon-cover caught when attaching it to the futon.
11) Garbage disposal
① Garbage is collected separately into general combustibles (including food waste), plastic food packaging/containers, and recyclable waste such as empty cans/bottles, and paper.
② Please bury all food waste in a hole in our garden.
③ Please put the garbage in a transparent bag and put them in public outdoor garbage storage area.
④ Please put combustible garbage, excluding food garbage, in transparent bags and put them kn public garbage storage area till 9 o`clock on Tuesdays and Fridays, except on holidays.

Buy ticket to Namba (970yen) of Nankai Railway.
get on Ordinary Express (you can use special express Rapit with additional price) from KIX (NK32) to Namba(NK01).
Get down at Namba go forward through ticket gate. go down and down to under ground floor by escarlater. go straight and buy ticket of subway(190yen) to Yodoyabashi(M17), and get on M (Midousuji) (M20) line. get down at Yodoyabashi(M17). go foward and up (there is a elevator for suitscases), go through ticket gate. Turn right go straight to Keihan Yodoyabashi (KH01). and buy ticket of Keihan Railway to Hirakata Park (KH20) 350yen. above total 1,510yen. Get on Express or Sub express or Semi express which are stop at KH20. If Limitted express or Rapit express departure earlier at Yodoyabashi , it does not stop at KH20, but take it to Hirakata City (KH21) , then change to No.3 and No.4 platform of reverce line (elevator is located at about center of platform). then take Express or Sub express or Semi express or Local and get down at KH20.

Therefore you should not get on only too slow Local and Rapid Limitted express RakuRaku when go to Hirakata-koen from Osaka Yodoyabshi and Kyobashi.
You can buy discout ticket of Rapit train.
It's takes 1hour and 20mini from Airport to Yodoyabashi, and then 30min to HirakataPark.So total 2hours.
Minimum change of trains from Airport
Get on JR rapid from Kansai airport to Kyobashi which runs clockwise root of Osaka circle line.
(Do not take Limitted expree Haruka and do not change at Tennoji or Shin-imamiya)
So it takes 1hour 30min and cost 1190yen to kyobashi. From kyabashi to Hirakata park takes 30min and cost 330yen.
I am surprised that JR line takes almost same time with Nankai- Metro line. Next time I will try it.
[ From JR Kyoto station to Hirakata Koen (=park) ]From JR Kyoto station to Keihan Shichijyo is about 15min on foot. At JR kyoto station go out to north exsit and go north to next shichijyo-street and turn right ( east) and go over Kamo-river, then arrive to Keihan shichijyo station (KH37) .
Take limitted express to Hirakata city (KH21) and change to express or sub express or semi express or local, then next station is KH20.
You don't like to walk, you get on only regional of JR Nara line to next station Tofukuji. and change to Keihan railway (KH36). Then get on any train to Tanbabashi (KH30), change to limitted express to Hirakata city (KH21) and change to express or sub express or semi express or local, then next station is KH20.

日経の「米経済 本当に強いのか」と「円安→株高 復活の兆し」
日経の記事がFXには殆ど役に立たないのだが、まぁ、経済界の状況を把握するのに役立つかと「米経済 本当に強いのか」と「円安→株高 復活の兆し」を転載しました。

円相場が不安定な動きを続けるなか、米景気への関心が高まっている。経済指標は強弱が混在しており、個人消費は堅調で、過熱感が和らぎつつもなお底堅い労働市場が家計を支えている。他方で高金利環境の長期化が住宅需要を再び冷やし、製造業やサービス業の景況感は「不況」水準に入った。インフレ圧力はなかなか弱まらない。5つの指標から米経済の現在地を探った。
米商務省が毎月発表する米小売売上高は、直近の3月で前月比0.7%増と市場予想（0.3%増）を上回り、2カ月連続で前月比プラスとなった。米国内総生産（GDP）の7割を占める屋台骨の個人消費は、長引くインフレ下でも底堅い。
業種別で見るとオンライン小売りを含む「無店舗小売り」のほか、ガソリン価格の上昇でガソリンスタンドでの支出が伸びた。インフレや高金利で低所得層の余力が細る一方で「個人消費の多くを占める上位50%の所得層は、引き続き健全な状態にある」（米レイモンド・ジェームズ・インベストメント・マネジメントのチーフマーケットストラテジスト、マット・オートン氏）との指摘がある。
こうした米消費を支えているのは、なお底堅い労働市場だ。米労働省が3日発表した4月の雇用統計によると、非農業部門の就業者数は前月から17万5000人増え、24万人程度だった市場予想を下回った。だが単月の振れ幅をならす3カ月移動平均でみると24万2000人で、新型コロナウイルス流行前の2019年の月平均（17万人弱）を大幅に上回る水準で推移している。
4月の失業率は3.9%と前月から0.1ポイント上昇し、平均時給の伸びも市場予想を下回った。全般的に労働市場はコロナ禍後の過熱感が徐々に和らいでいるが、まだ冷え込みからは遠い状況だ。
もっとも高金利環境の持続は経済活動に様々な形で影響を及ぼしている。
米連邦準備理事会（FRB）による利下げ観測の後退で打撃を受けているのが、住宅市場だ。米住宅市場の大半を占める中古住宅販売件数は3月に前月比で4.3%減少し、約1年半ぶりの減少率の大きさを記録した。
米連邦住宅貸付抵当公社（フレディマック）が集計する米国の30年固定の住宅ローン金利（週平均）は年始に一時落ち着いたものの、直近では7.22%と5カ月ぶりの高水準で推移する。米商務省が公表している住宅着工件数は3月に前月比14.7%減少し、7カ月ぶりの低水準となった。住宅投資は米GDPの4%程度にとどまるが、家具の購入など関連する支出も含めると景気に大きな影響を与えうる。
企業の景況感も足元で悪化している。米サプライマネジメント協会（ISM）が3日発表した4月の米非製造業（サービス業）景況感指数は前月から2ポイント低い49.4となり、好不況の分かれ目となる50を1年4カ月ぶりに下回った。3月に50を上回った製造業の景況感指数も4月に再び50を下回り、いずれも不況水準に落ち込んだ。
引き続き米経済の最大の懸念材料となっているのが、インフレだ。米労働省が発表した3月の米消費者物価指数（CPI）は前年同月比の上昇率が3.5%と2カ月連続で伸びが加速した。エネルギーと食品を除くコア指数も同3.8%と前月から横ばいだった。
FRBが1日に開いた米連邦公開市場委員会（FOMC）後の記者会見でパウエル議長は「ここ数カ月のインフレ率は我々の物価目標である2%に向けたさらなる進捗を見せなかった」と語った。市場の一部で警戒されていた再利上げ論には否定的な見方を示したものの、利下げに動くにはインフレ鈍化の証拠を確認する必要があると強調した。
金融引き締めの持続が適度な景気減速につながり、インフレを冷ます軟着陸につながる展開をFRBは期待する。だが金融市場では「引き締め過ぎ」が景気の急減速を招いたり、景気が冷え込む一方でインフレは高止まりするスタグフレーションに陥ったりすることを懸念する声もある。過熱感が解消されつつある米経済の落ち着きどころが、金融政策や市場の行方も左右する。

「円安→株高」復活の兆し
トヨタ株、減益予想でも安定
8日の東京株式市場で、取引時間中に2025年3月期の純利益が前期比で28%減る見通しを示したトヨタ自動車の株価が一時2%高となった。今期の想定為替レートは145円で、現在の円安水準が続けば業績上振れの余地は大きい。4月は鳴りを潜めていた日本株の「円安・株高」の兆しとなるかもしれない。
トヨタの今期の営業利益は日本企業で初めて5兆円の大台に乗せた前期から一転し、20%減の4兆3000億円を見込む。決算発表直後は4%安まで売られた。
その後は急激に切り返し、8日終値は0.56%安と、1.63%下げた日経平均株価よりも底堅かった。UBS証券の中冨良祐株式営業部長は「1兆円の自社株買いをサプライズと感じたヘッジファンドなどが急いで買い戻したことが考えられる」と指摘する。
業績への期待も崩れていない。トヨタ株に投資する、信託銀行系ファンドマネジャーは「為替の前提が保守的で、業績下振れリスクよりは上振れ期待の方がはるかに大きい」として、買い増しを検討したいと話す。
トヨタはこれまでも期初の業績見通しを公表する際は、想定為替レートを実勢より円高に設定することが多かった。前期も最初は1ドル=125円とし、8750億円の減益要因と見込んでいた。最終的には1ドル=145円となり、6850億円の増益要因となった。
トヨタは対ドルで1円の円安が営業利益を500億円程度押し上げる計算だ。今期は足元の1ドル=155円程度の水準が続けば、約5000億円の増益要因となる。
トヨタなどの日本株はこれまで「円安・株高」に相関がみられたものの、日本政府・日銀の円買い介入による急騰への警戒感から、4月以降は円安に株高がついていけなくなっていた。ただ円買い介入とみられる動きが出て「為替の波乱要因が出尽くし、日本株は円安・株高に素直に反応しやすくなった」（野村証券の須田吉貴クロスアセット・ストラテジスト）との見方がある。
もちろん円安には負の側面もある。みずほ証券の小林俊介チーフエコノミストは10%の円安は名目GDP（国内総生産）を1.6兆円押し下げると分析する。一方、同程度の円安で日本企業の海外現地法人の収益が3.5兆円拡大すると試算し、「円換算の利益を重視する海外投資家も多く、上場企業の業績や株価にはプラス」と指摘する。
上場企業全体では、円安による増益期待は大きい。大和証券の阿部健児チーフストラテジストによると、対ドルとユーロで1円の円安は24年度の主要上場企業の経常利益を0.5%押し上げる。一部の業種では円安で原材料コストなどが上昇するが「自動車や機械など、全体では増益効果の方が大きい」（阿部氏）。
トヨタに買い安心感が広がれば、長期の海外投資家の見直し買いが入る可能性もある。4月の株安局面では、海外投資家が先物を7000億円以上売り越した一方、長期投資家の多い現物株は1兆4000億円を買い越している。23年の年初からの累計でも、先物は買いのポジションが解消されたのに対し、現物株はなお7兆円超の買い越しだ。日本株への投資意欲はなお強い。
BofA証券の圷正嗣チーフ日本株ストラテジストは「長期投資家にとっては、決算直後よりも、アナリストが業績予想を見直す5月中下旬からの方が、精査した上で買いを入れやすい」と指摘する。8日は下げた日本株だったが、「円安・株高」への期待は崩れていない。
