宿泊予約者へのゲストハウスの説明 校正中

 １週間以上の宿泊者を対象としたので、宿泊者への説明書を作成した。今後改良変更するとして下記とした。

●　到着されるまでは日にちが有りますが、私のゲストハウスの紹介をします。
私のゲストハウスの住所は、下記です。google mapdedeで検索できます。street view で、外観も見られます。
写真のように、一戸建て日本式住宅で、日本人家族がごく普通に居住できる建物です。給水、給電、ガス供給がされていて、フル装備の台所には冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・小型のトースター,ほっとプレートを装備し、洗濯機装備の洗面所、風呂の部屋にはシャワー及びバスタブを有します。別室にトイレ設備があり、給湯器、冷蔵庫、を装備します。２階にゲスト用の寝室と洗濯物を干せるベランダを有します。

寝室には、日本式の寝具が２式置いています。日本式寝具は、日本語で”ふとん”と称されて、折りたたんで納戸に納めることができるし、部屋の隅に置くことも出来ます。
２階には、別の部屋があり、貴方たちの荷物を保管できます。ただ２階への階段は、急なのでご注意ください。

私は、貴方の滞在期間の、初めと終わりに、それぞれ２～３日だけ滞在しますが、その間は、貴方たちだけが居住します。

鍵は初日に手渡します。また、家の設備の取扱い方法の説明については、最初の２日間で行います。

最寄駅は、京阪電鉄のHIRAKATAーKOEN（KOENとはpark）駅（KH20）です。駅から家までは、徒歩で１０～１５分掛ります。
徒歩８分のところにバス乗り場があり、JRのTAKATSIKI駅  及びHANKYUU電鉄のTAKATSUKI CITY 駅までバスで３０分で行けます。

徒歩、１分の所に、郵便局、大きな食材、総菜、冷凍品のスーパー及び日常品ショップがあります。また、徒歩５分の所に、比較的小さなスーパーがあり、そこでは、夕方には総菜の値引きがあり、月曜日は全品１０％の値引きです。
上記のため、日常の必要品は全て近くで購入できます。

Although it will be some time before you arrive, I will introduce my guesthouse.

As you can see in the photo, it is a detached Japanese-style house, perfect for a typical Japanese family to live in. It has water, electricity, and gas supplies, a fully equipped kitchen with a water heater,  refrigerator、microwave oven, a small toaster and a hot -plate, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a separate toilet  room also.

There is a guest bedroom on the second floor, as well as a veranda where you can hang out laundry.

The bedroom has two sets of Japanese-style bedding. Japanese-style bedding is called "futon" in Japanese, and can be folded and stored in the storeroom or in the corner of the room.

There is another room on the second floor where you can store your luggage.
However, please be aware that the stairs to the second floor is steep.

I will stay with you for 2-3 days at the beginning and end of your stay, and you will be the only residents during  the rest days.

You will be given the key on the first day. We will also teach you how to use the house's facilities during the first two days.

The nearest station is Hirakata-Koen (Koen means park) Station (KH20) on the Keihan Electric Railway. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the station to the house.
There is a bus stop an 8-minute walk away from my guest-house, and JR Takatsuki Station and Hankyu Electric Railway Takatsuki City Station are a 30-minute bus ride away.

A post office, a large supermarket selling groceries, prepared foods, and frozen goods, and a general store are located a 1-minute walk away. There is also a relatively small supermarket a 5-minute walk away, where prepared foods are discounted in the evenings and all items are 10% off on Mondays.

As a result, you can purchase everyday necessities nearby.
