酷暑下の観光と京都トレイル

 今年は特に暑く、8月の京都や大阪は40℃にもなる可能性が高いです。

貴方たちが暑さに慣れているようにと希望します。
また、外歩きは出来るだけ朝とか夕刻にして、昼間は空調された室内にするのが良さそうです。
比叡山は高さが1000m有るので、過ごし易く、京阪電車と接続する電鉄、ケーブルカーで上まで上がれます。登山道もあります。
なお、京都盆地を囲んで、トレッキング道が整備されています。比叡山もその一部です。詳しいルートは下記に記載されています。

これらは、京都駅の観光案内書で売っているようです。

比叡山から琵琶湖が一望できますし、琵琶湖側に降りるルートもあります。琵琶湖の周囲にJR電車線が走っていますので、それに乗れば京都に帰れます

ゲストハウスから、京都東部、京都西部、大阪、奈良、神戸や、琵琶湖及び姫路城などへのアクセス

 ①ゲストハウスから、大阪及び京都東部、奈良への交通機関
最寄駅である、京阪電鉄のHIRAKATA-KOEN駅（KH20）から、京阪電鉄で、大阪及び京都東部へは共に３０分で行けます。
更に、京都東部を経由して、京阪電熱で比叡山や琵琶湖にも行けます。京都shichijyou駅からJRの京都駅には、徒歩で20分で行けて、京都駅から東へは、JR快速で琵琶湖に沿って、彦根や、名古屋やその先まで行けます。
奈良に行くには、京阪電鉄でTANBABASHIまで行き、そこで、近鉄電車に乗り換えて、合計１時間３０分程度で行けます。
②ゲストハウスから阪急電鉄のTAKATSUKI-CITY駅へ、そこから、京都西部、大阪市北部、神戸、宝塚へ
最寄駅からゲストハウスへの近道の途中に小さな公園がありますが、その奥の方から、淀川の堤防沿いにあるバスストップへの近道があります。バスストップの名前は、HIRAKA-KOEN-GUCHIで、GUCHIとは、入り口の事です。つまり、川向こうの高槻市から、こちら側のHIRAKATA-KOENに入るバスストップとの意味です。
そこから、バスは淀川を渡り、阪急電鉄のTAKATSUKIーSHI駅に行くのと、HR－HANKYUU駅
に行くのがあります。共に２０分程度掛かります。
京都西部に行くには、阪急電鉄が便利です。なお、西に行けば大阪市北部や、神戸や宝塚にゆけます。
③　JR　TAKATSUKI駅からは、西には大阪や、姫路城で有名な姫路にも行けます。新大阪駅で、新幹線に乗り換えもできます。

① Transportation from the guesthouse to Osaka, eastern Kyoto, and Nara

From the nearest station, Hirakata-koen Station (KH20) on the Keihan Railway, you can reach both Osaka and eastern Kyoto in 30 minutes.

Additionally, by traveling through eastern Kyoto on the Keihan line, you can visit Mount Hiei and Lake Biwa. You can walk from Kyoto's Shichijo Station to JR Kyoto Station in 20 minutes; from Kyoto Station, you can head east via JR rapid trains along Lake Biwa to destinations such as Hikone, Nagoya, and beyond.

To get to Nara, take the Keihan Railway to Tanbabashi Station and transfer to the Kintetsu Railway; the total journey takes about one hour and thirty minutes.

② From the guesthouse to Hankyu Railway's Takatsuki-shi Station, and onward to western Kyoto, northern Osaka City, Kobe, and Takarazuka

There is a small park along the shortcut from the nearest station to the guesthouse; at the far end of this park, there is a path leading to a bus stop situated along the Yodo River embankment. The bus stop is named "Hirakata-koen-guchi" (*guchi* means "entrance"). This name implies it is the stop serving as the gateway to the Hirakata-koen area from Takatsuki City, located on the opposite bank of the river.

From there, buses cross the Yodo River to reach either Hankyu Railway's Takatsuki-shi Station or JR Takatsuki Station; both trips take approximately 20 minutes.

The Hankyu Railway is convenient for traveling to western Kyoto. Heading further west allows you to reach northern Osaka City, Kobe, and Takarazuka.

③ From JR Takatsuki Station, you can travel west to Osaka and Himeji—famous for Himeji Castle. You can also transfer to the Shinkansen (bullet train) at Shin-Osaka Station.

東京から来るゲストへの道案内

 東京から私のゲストハウスに来る場合、交通手段としては、Japan-Railway の新幹線か、Japan-railwayや他の民間会社のバスを使うか、若しくは、AirFlightを使うことになります。費用的には、新幹線の値段は、バスの3倍程度で、航空機は新幹線と同じ程度ですが、格安航空機を使えば、バスの費用と同程度か、若干高くなります。
なお所要時間は、航空機で２時間、新幹線で２時間３０分から３時間、バスで８時間です。
なお、空港からゲストハウスの最寄駅までは３時間程度で、新幹線やバスだと最寄り駅まで１時間半程度です。

先ず、新幹線で来る場合の、ゲストハウスの最寄り駅までの経路案内をします。
新幹線で東京から来る場合、京都駅で降車します。京都駅からは３つのルートがあります

①京都駅で、JRの奈良線のローカル列車に乗り、次のToufukuji駅で、KEIHAN-RAILWAYの大阪行の普通列車に乗り換えます。普通列車はTAMBABASHI駅で、特急や急行に追い抜かれるので、特急や急行に乗り換えます。特急や急行で、丹波橋から３つ目の、HIRAKATAーSHI駅（KH21）で、普通電車または準急行に乗り換えて、次が最寄り駅のHirakata-Koen駅（KH21）です。

②京都駅で、KINTETSU-RAILWAｙに乗る場合は、TANBABASHI駅で、京阪電車に乗り換えます。TANBABASHIからは上記と同じです。
③京都駅から、KEIHAN-RAILWAYのSHICHIJYOU駅まで徒歩２０分で行きます。地下に降りて、京阪電車に乗ります。特急でHIRAKATA-SHI駅まで行き①と同様に、乗り換えます。

東京から高速バスで来る場合は、京都駅に来るバスか、京都ーFUKAKUSAに来るバスの２種類のバスがあります。
④京都駅に着くバスの場合は、上記①と同様です。
⑤京都FUKAKUSA に着く場合は、KEIHAN-RAILWAYの、FUJINOMRI　が最寄り駅です。
FUJINOMORI駅には普通電車しか止りませんので、①のTOFUKUJI駅からと同様になります。

To travel from Tokyo to my guesthouse, you can use the JR Shinkansen (bullet train), a bus (operated by JR or private companies), or a flight. In terms of cost, the Shinkansen is about three times the price of a bus. Airfare is roughly the same as the Shinkansen, though budget airlines can cost about the same as—or slightly more than—the bus.

Travel times are approximately 2 hours by air, 2.5 to 3 hours by Shinkansen, and 8 hours by bus.

It takes about 3 hours to get from the airport to the station nearest the guesthouse, whereas it takes about 1.5 hours from the Shinkansen or bus arrival points to that same station.

Here are the directions to the nearest station of may guesthouse if you are coming by Shinkansen.

If traveling from Tokyo by Shinkansen, get off at Kyoto Station. There are three routes from there:

① At Kyoto Station, take a local train on the JR Nara Line and transfer at the next stop, Tofukuji Station, to a Keihan Railway local train bound for Osaka. Since local trains are overtaken by limited express or express trains at Tambabashi Station, transfer to one of those faster trains there. Ride the limited express or express train to Hirakata-shi Station (KH21)—the third stop from Tambabashi—and transfer to a local or semi-express train; the next stop is Hirakata-koen Station (KH21), which is the nearest station to the guesthouse.

② If taking the Kintetsu Railway from Kyoto Station, transfer to the Keihan Railway at Tambabashi Station. The route from Tambabashi is the same as described above.

③ Walk 20 minutes from Kyoto Station to Shichijo Station on the Keihan Railway line. Go underground and board the Keihan train. Take a limited express train to Hirakata-shi Station and transfer as described in route ①.

If coming from Tokyo by highway bus, there are two types of buses available: those arriving at Kyoto Station and those arriving at Kyoto-Fukakusa.

④ If taking a bus that arrives at Kyoto Station, follow the instructions in route ① above.
 ⑤ If you are going to Kyoto Fukakusa, the nearest station is Fujinomori Station on the Keihan Railway.

Since only local trains stop at Fujinomori Station, the situation is the same as described for Tofukuji Station in step ①.
